Parent & Me - Ages: 15 months - 3 years old
Our Classes
Introduction to Gymnastics 
You and your toddler will have fun exploring the gym and going through fun obstacles that are set up by our coach. These activities will help your child develop social skills while increasing parent-child bonding experience. Also, your child will learn new skills like front rolls, hanging on the bars, walking on the balance beam and different games on the trampoline. Parent participation required
Class meets once a week
Mon 10-10:45 | Tues 10-10:45 | Wed 10-10:45 
This class is great for kids that are ready to be in a structured gymnastics class. Your child will play fun games, learn to wait their turn and go through gymnastics stations where they will start to learn basic gymnastics skills. Kids must be advanced enough to not need parent participation, but too young for other classes. 
Class meets once a week
Mon 11-11:45 | Tues 11-11:45 | Tues 6-6:45pm
This is a recreational gymnastics program. Children will enjoy learning basic skills with fun obstacles, floor exercise, bars, balance beam, vault and playing on our 30 foot long trampoline. The class will increase confidence, coordination and will develop listening skills, taking turns, and following coaching instructions.

Ages: 5.5 - 6.5 years old - Wed 4:15-5:00pm | Friday 5:20-6:05pm

Ages: 7 - 8 years old - Thurs 2-2:45pm

Ages: 8 - 12 years old - Mon   4:15-5:00pm | Thurs 5-5:45pm
Transitional - Ages: 3 - 5 years old
Classes for Kids and Teenagers with Disabilities
A FREE assessment of social/physical skills will be completed to determine class placement for children and teens with disabilities. 

This is a list of common disabilities we work with:
ADD/ADHD, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Ataxia-Telangiectasia, Speech and Language Disorders, Sensory Integration Disorder, Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities

IF your child's disability is not on the list, please check with our Staff to see if your child qualifies for our gymnastics program.

All children/teens must be able to walk on their own to ensure a safe gymnastics class for everyone.
